All purchases made are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing to do business with us. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please contact us via email at thesoutherngypsybags@gmail.com and provide us with the order #, contact information and a brief explanation of the problem and photo attachment if available.

Shipping Lead Time

We ship collection bags within 2-8 weeks. Flash sale items within 1 week. If it says it needs a zipper repair it will ship in 1-2 weeks as soon as the zipper is replaced. All packages will be shipped out with signature required by carrier.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES since we are a small business which operates on a made to order system. 

Upon special request our team will expedite the shipping process to the best of our abilities. Our team is dedicated to ensuring all special shipping requests are completed in a timely fashion.

Flash Sale Items

All sales are final. All of our authentic vintage Louis Vuitton bags purchased during our Flash Sale will have a detailed description and photos. We recommend that you read the product descriptions and view all photos. The price of all Flash Sale products reflect the condition of the item.

This site, its owner, and authorized representatives reserve the right to refuse service or refund purchases at any given time, without prior notice, at their discretion.

 If your item becomes damaged within 90 days of purchase, please contact us at thesouthergypsybags@gmail.com with photos and brief description of the problem. If its within 90 days we will provide a shipping label, after 90 days you are responsible for shipping cost for return and delivery.
